The Bond Street Distillery has been announced as an official sponsor of the 11th Annual National Film Awards, taking place on 2nd July 2025 at the prestigious Porchester Hall in London. The Leicestershire-based craft distillery will sponsor one of the night’s most celebrated categories: Best Actress in a TV Series.

Renowned for honouring excellence in British and international film and television, the National Film Awards attracts millions of viewers and public voters worldwide. The awards provide a powerful platform for brands to align with creativity, performance, and global entertainment culture.

Founded in 2019 by Sally Faulkner, The Bond Street Distillery has quickly risen to prominence in the UK’s premium spirits industry. From its beautifully restored Victorian home in Hinckley, Leicestershire, the distillery crafts multi-award-winning gins using traditional distilling methods and only the finest botanicals. Its flagship British Signature London Dry Gin has garnered 11 international awards, including Gold Medals from the IWSC and the London Spirits Awards, and was named London Dry and Traditional Gin of the Year in both 2020 and 2024 by The Gin Guide.

Sally Faulkner, Founder and Chief Distiller Bond Street Distillery, shared:

“Bond Street Distillery are thrilled to be a sponsor at the 11th Annual National Film Awards. As a female entrepreneur and distiller my journey has not been without its challenges. Championing Actresses playing strong characters that empower and inspire is an honour for myself and the company, which is why we are proud to sponsor the category of Best Actress in a TV series. The journey that some of the actresses in this category have had, to get to this point in their careers and the sacrifices, failures and successes that have led them to be nominated for this exciting award resonates with me personally.” Sally Faulkner Founder and Chief Distiller Bond Street Distillery

Bond Street Distillery’s commitment to excellence goes far beyond spirits. Their mission has always been to create “perfect gins” — smooth, bold, and full of character. Every batch is hand-crafted in their 700-litre copper still, with masterful attention to flavour, balance, and quality. Their dedication to craftsmanship and innovation is echoed in their broad range of products, from classic navy strength and traditional gins to imaginative flavours such as Raspberry, Blood Orange, and Rhubarb & Custard — not to mention special editions like Passionfruit Gin (crafted for Pride) and a festive Mince Pie Gin.

Having faced early challenges, including launching shortly before the COVID-19 lockdown, Bond Street Distillery quickly adapted — producing hand sanitiser for frontline workers while continuing to support their staff and community. That spirit of perseverance has shaped their journey and underpins their values of sustainability, community engagement, and social responsibility.

The Best Actress in a TV Series award remains one of the most anticipated categories of the evening, celebrating the outstanding contributions of women on screen and the continued importance of female-led storytelling in modern television.

As The Bond Street Distillery embarks on an exciting new phase of national and international growth — including partnerships with major hotel chains — its collaboration with the National Film Awards marks a meaningful alignment of heritage, quality, and cultural celebration.

Together, The Bond Street Distillery and the National Film Academy raise a glass to the remarkable talent and creativity that define this exceptional category.
