Britain’s most influential founders, dealmakers, creatives and power brokers revealed ahead of London gala

Brand Weekly has today unveiled Brand Weekly Top 100 Power List 2026, a definitive annual index charting the individuals shaping Britain’s economic, cultural and entrepreneurial future.

Spanning global entrepreneurs, political power-holders, brand builders, financiers, technologists and cultural leaders, the list reflects a modern definition of power: not simply wealth, but influence, decision-making authority, cultural impact and the ability to shape markets and movements at scale.

Among those featured this year are Sir Richard Branson, Kemi Badenoch, Steven Bartlett, Emma Grede, Sir Alan Sugar, Deborah Meaden, Peter Jones, Nikolay Storonsky, Lewis Hamilton, KSI, Tej Lalvani, Tinie Tempah, and Sir Martin Sorrell, alongside a new generation of founders redefining British enterprise across fashion, technology, finance, wellness, food, media and consumer brands.

The list also reflects the growing influence of founder-led brands and challenger businesses, with leaders from PrettyLittleThing, Revolut, Gymshark, Canva, Marshmallow, Prime, Au Vodka, Bold Bean Co, Vitabiotics, and Manière De Voir represented.

Power beyond wealth

Unlike traditional rich lists, the Brand Weekly Top 100 focuses on power in action: those who build platforms, influence policy, direct capital, shape culture, and create employment at scale.

“This is not a popularity index or a simple wealth ranking,” said a Brand Weekly spokesperson. “It is a reflection of who is actually shaping outcomes in Britain today — commercially, culturally and institutionally.”

Live unveiling at the Brand Weekly Awards

The Brand Weekly Top 100 Power List will be formally celebrated on 26 February at the Brand Weekly Awards, taking place at the Crown Hotel, London, as part of a full day of programming that includes:

• The Brand Weekly Conference
• The Brand Weekly Awards Gala
• The official Power List presentation

The Awards, Conference and Gala will be screened live, with several members of the 2026 Power List confirmed as keynote speakers during the conference programme, offering insight into leadership, brand building, innovation and the future of British enterprise.

A publishing moment at scale

A special Power List edition of Brand Weekly magazine will be published in March, featuring the full Top 100 list, in-depth editorial and photography. The issue will see over 500,000 printed copies distributed nationally, marking one of the largest print runs for a UK business publication this year.

Launch of UniRepublic Business School

This year’s Power List is also linked to Brand Weekly’s charitable initiative, with the launch of the UniRepublic Business School, a new project designed to empower the next generation of entrepreneurs and brand leaders through practical business education, mentorship and access to industry leaders.
